Through the Grapevine: Party Services and Consulting also provides consulting
                services for businesses in the food service industry.  Chris has hosted wine
                training seminars in numerous restaurants and pubs throughout the Greater
                Vancouver area that have been proven to boost wine sales.  Training seminars
                for managers and servers teach food service businesses how to build a wine
                culture within their establishment, how to better understand their current wine
                list, and how to pair their wines with appropriate menu items.  Topics include:
                the characteristics of different varietals and regions, proper wine service and
                terminology, proper food pairing, and suggestive selling techniques aimed at
                increasing wine sales.  Through the Grapevine also provides consultations
                designed to help restaurants and pubs build wine lists that are cost effective
                as well as current and unintimidating.
